User journey diagram
A user journey details, at a high level, the specific steps different users take to complete a particular task in a system, application, or website. Mermaid supports drawing user journey diagrams:

Each user journey is divided into several sections, describing the specific parts of the task the user is trying to complete.
The task syntax is: Task name: <score>: <comma separated list of actors>
The score is a number between 1 and 5, inclusive.
